Sr. Martha Care Center in Khaykkhami

15 children infected with HIV, but also healthy children live at the Sr. Martha Care Center in Khaykkhami (130 km south of the capital Yangon). Overall, Sr. Martha cares for 60 children. Not all of them are infected. Part of them comes from very poor families. Not only does Sr. Martha provide her external protégés with food, she and her helpers also support them in doing their homework. We support them through monetary donations and sponsorships. Sr. Martha Care Center in Kawthaung

Sr. Martha's new mission in Kawthaung has been in the planning stage since 2007 and will now enter into a new phase after land has been purchased in 2015. The construction of the new Care Centre is scheduled to commence in 2016. As at the Sr. Martha Care Center in Khaykkhami, the new care centre in Kawthaung will be dedicated to giving care to families infected with HIV, to children from the most humble homes, and to receiving orphans. PPH: Phayaphyu Disable and Orphanage Home

May Pu lived as the only physically and mentally disabled child in an orphanage in Taunggyi and therefore was very isolated. Now, she has found a new home at the Phayaphyu Disable and Orphanage Home. And she is very happy. We pay for May Pu's accommodation and all she needs for life. Information on May Pu is available here ...
